Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our business, returns are not possible. Please review our process and take the opportunity to test us out before sending your film, photos or slides. We will gladly provide samples of our work or do a small run for you. We require no minimum order and will customize your order to your liking.
Ordering
Submit your order online by registering or ordering as a guest. You can also order using the Excel order form and we will create an order for you when your materials arrive. Alternatively, just send us all of your media and we will create an order for you, eliminating the hassle of counting your footage.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Pricing is subject to change unless a quote is obtained.
Quotes are good for 30 days.
Promotions are sent to our returning customers every once in a while and may show up on our home page.

Payment is required when order is finished. If you provided us with a credit card number, your order is billed at the end of the transfer process and then shipped.
If you are picking up your order, payment is required before any media is taken from our studio.

We reserve the right to hold onto your film/media as collateral until full payment is received.

If payment is not received within 30 days of notice that order is finished, 10% will be added to your bill, monthly until full payment is received. After 90 days, you will be contacted by a creditor to gather funds for your order.
Viewing Orders
You can view your recent orders by signing into your account. All updates are emailed to you and are logged in your account.
